Babies Playthings is a family run business, dedicated to providing a wide range of traditional toys with educational benefits for children from birth to 3 years of age.
With over 60 years of combined experience within the education sector, we feel that we are well placed to be able to help you select appropriate toys to help stimulate and develop your children and loved ones through educational play.
We carefully select and source all of our products, ensuring that they all comply fully with toy regulations (EN71), as well as providing sound developmental opportunities for babies and young children.
As parents, we are often dismayed to find so many toys purchased for our little girl which don’t do anything to encourage development. This is why we have established Babies Playthings! Within our website, you will find a broad range of products from some of the leading manufacturers of traditional toys. The toys we stock are built to last, and will provide hours and hours of good old fashioned fun (as well as stretching little minds).
